Our stay was really good, enjoyed marvellous breakfasts.
The hotel room was immaculate with balcony. The venue was set in the central position just off Coventry train station and Birmingham airport.

Good sized, air conditioned room, yet the view was not very good. The English breakfast was warm, for all tastes. The location was magnificent, not very far from Kenilworth Castle. Overall the service was friendly! All the employees were fabulously friendly and amiable.
Well, the area was quite expensive overall.

convenient spot for exploring kenilworth's parks and attractions
I loved the hotel's central position, made it super easy to enjoy a weekend stroll to nearby landmarks like Kenilworth Castle and Abbey Fields, both just around a 15-minute walk away. There are great dining options like Ego Mediterranean Restaurant just a few steps away.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. It had a relaxed atmosphere and nothing was too much bother for the staff. We ordered room service on the first night and this was brought to the room by the manager who seemed to be playing many roles within the hotel that evening and still managing to be cheerful despite being rushed off his feet!! The hotel was ideally located for the event at Stoneleigh we were attending - just a 10 minute drive. The food was excellent - both the room service menu and breakfast. I would definitely return!
Car park lacked spaces and we had to go in the overflow car park over the road on the second night.

The breakfast buffet showcases a wide array of options and is well-stocked, accommodating special requests like vegetarian sausages with ease. The restaurant offers a solid menu with commendable prices.
The car park is quite limited, which can be a hassle, especially for larger vehicles. The room itself had its quirks. Despite being comfortable, the windows could not open and the air conditioning left something to be desired. There were also some attic flies present, not ideal, alongside a hint of dust around the bedside unit that could use a bit of attention.

i was really upset that i was put in a room which was next to a fuction room where there was a wedding reception going on the music was so noisy that we couldnt sleep you would think as i had my 4 year old daughter with me they would of put me in a room away from the noise!!! the room was not worth the 80 pounds taking this into consideration

We asked in advance if we could have our Executive room ready for 11:00am as we wanted to unpack and change for the wedding we were attending. They agreed to this and it was ready for us at the appointed time. Staff are pleasant and helpful, room is well appointed and very clean, free mineral water and chocolate in mini bar is a nice touch. Overall, good value for money.

I wanted to give a gratuity for the staff when checking out but the pleasant young lady on the desk said there was no facility for them to receive it. I think there should be a staff tips box!

Location and decoration of the rooms.
The double bed was not comfortable (very hard) and small in width. It was not comfy for two people and myself and my partner are not overweight!

The stay offered excellent location and friendly staff, but the hallway carpets were quite dirty, posing a health concern. Breakfast was enjoyable, though some amenities felt outdated. It was a comforting experience despite a few shortcomings.

Tastefully decorated unit with a modern decor. Marvellous location to walk into the town or the local park, in the fairly quiet area. Besides, easy access to Abbey Fields Swimming Pool.
